Terms of Service

ClipBoost AI ("ClipBoost", "we", "us") is a service operated by Sitovai Agency (business ID / Y-tunnus 3638129-8), Finland. By creating an account or using ClipBoost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ClipBoost turns long-form videos — supplied by you as an upload or a link (e.g. YouTube) — into short, captioned vertical clips using automated and AI-assisted processing. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use ClipBoost.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all ownership of the videos you submit and the clips ClipBoost produces for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to every video you upload or link. Do not submit content you do not own or have permission to use, and do not use ClipBoost to infringe anyone's copyright, publicity, or privacy rights.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• No reselling or automated bulk abuse outside your plan's limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may include VAT depending on your location. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Any free trial converts to no charge unless you choose a paid plan.

6. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of source-video minutes. When you reach your allowance, processing pauses until your allowance renews or you upgrade.

7. Availability & "as is"

We work to keep ClipBoost available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results (clip selection, captions, hooks) may contain errors — review clips before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitovai Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using ClipBoost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
